Joseph Will Academy’s Green Energy and Workforce Development Training Program is a comprehensive, hands-on initiative designed to prepare individuals for in-demand careers across solar, energy efficiency, HVAC, and electric vehicle infrastructure.
This program combines technical training, industry-recognized certifications, career readiness, and wraparound support to remove barriers to employment and create long-term economic opportunity.
Introductory Training We Offer
Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Installation
Training in solar panel installation, wiring, system maintenance, and safety protocols.
EV Charging & Battery Systems​
Instruction on installing and servicing electric vehicle charging stations and battery storage systems.
Weatherization & Energy Efficiency
Skills in insulation, air sealing, and energy audits to improve building performance.
Building Science & Sustainability
Introduction to energy codes, green building principles, and climate-smart construction practices.
